Adopt-a-COHV- Kid
Gifts to Heal
This program helps grieving hearts for the holidays and assist families in financial burdens. Children are adopted by community members and businesses in wish to fulfill their wishlist. It is proceeded with Gifts to Heal which is a event that allows the families to receive their gifts and celebrate the holiday with many rewards and fun. Sponsorship is not always guaranteed but a gift is given to all.
Peace is Power
Peace is Power is a school based violence prevention and healing program that equips youth in Kansas City with emotional tools, leadership skills, and conflict resolution strategies. Through monthly circles and Peace Ambassador training, students become change agents in their communities.
